  • Side projects > theory

  • Learning as fun > mundane activity

  • Feedback and iterations > clinging to 1 idea

  • Chasing perfection > perfection

Quotes Close to My Heart

  • Care about the details, even if no one sees

  • Design is about overall feeling of the experience, not the ability to verbalize or analyze it

Clarity Before Craft

  • Asking the right questions is something I practice every day

  • I approach problem solving by first asking "Why"

Small Details, Big Difference

When I get time, I often read books by people I admire or what my friends recommend. I read across topics what I am curious around, and I'm slowly making room for more non-fiction too.

How games shaped me as a designer?

When my dad brought home a PC in 2008, I got hooked playing games like NFS, IGI, Crysis, Max Payne. Those games taught me clear goals, quick feedback, and flow and these principles I still apply while designing today.

One of my first designs. Yeah, its cringe 😅

Played Mario on retro TVs a lot 🎮

Loved Engineering drawing 😵‍💫

Built my first industrial design prototype, it was messyy 🤭

Contra was one of my most played games ⚡

Back when Photoshop was cool 👀

the same question:

I grew up in that strange, beautiful gap between worlds. There was a time when technology felt like magic because it was rare. Cartoon Network only existed if your home had cable connection.

Electricity came and went on a schedule, I played Snake on a Nokia that felt magical, then watched touchscreens arrive and it was an wow moment for me and my friends.

"How the hell did someone invest this?"

Every new device sparked the same question in my head: Could one person make these things? Was it the shopkeeper who sold them? I had no idea. But I was obsessed with finding out.

When we finally got a computer at home—dial-up modem and all—I started hunting for answers. The internet was
